TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. A deposit of 230 Euros per week booked is required with your booking form as a non refundable deposit. We will send confirmation and a statement. This is the formal acceptance of the booking. In the event of a cancellation more than eight weeks prior to the holiday, one week's deposit is non refundable and the second week's deposit will only be returned if any alternative booking can be found. If a cancellation is made less than eight weeks prior to the holiday the full amount is due. We would advise clients to take full travel, cancellation and personal insurance.
2. The balance of the booking payment is payable not less than eight weeks before the start of the booked period. If payment is not received by the due date, the manager/owner, reserves the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. Reservations made within eight weeks of the start of the booked period require full payment at the time of booking.
3. A security deposit of 155 Euros for every week or part week of the booked period is required in case of damage to the property or , its contents ,during the client's occupation, which is held to pay for any missing or damaged items. Clients must undertake to inform the manager/owner of the property of any damage to accommodation or its contents during their occupation and report to the manager/owner without delay any defects in the property or breakdown in equipment, machinery or appliances in the property, garden or swimming pool. Arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made by the manager/owner as soon as possible. Clients are required to leave the accommodation as they found it on arrival, i.e. fully cleaned. Failure to do so means that we reserve the right to deduct a cleaning charge based on an hourly rate of 15 Euros per hour per cleaner from the security deposit. Clients are fully responsible for the disposal of rubbish, including bottles.
4. Your security deposit will be notified on the final invoice and will be refunded in full or in part on your return home.
5. Prices include: gas, electricity and water. Heating will be charged extra. Linen and towels are included in the price, but not pool towels. They can be hired at 7 Euros per person per week. Any spoilage to linen caused through misuse or reactive cosmetic products will have to be paid for and this will be deducted from the security deposit.
6. The booked period shall commence at 4 p.m. on the first day and finish at 10 am on the last day. The manager/owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated , unless by prior arrangement with the manager/owner. Clients are not entitled to have guests to stay, no camping or caravans without prior arrangement with the management.
7. Clients agree to be considerate guests and not act in any way which would cause disturbance to those resident in neighbouring properties.
8. Clients and guests acquire no rights over the property except occupation as a holiday let for the period booked and paid for. Clients shall not sublet the property.
9. The manager/owner shall not be liable to clients: - for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property, or swimming pool. - for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or other matters beyond the control of the owner. - for any loss, damage or inconvenience cased to or suffered by if the property shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the booked period and in such event the owners shall within 7 days of the notification to the client, refund to the client all sums previously paid in respect of the booked period.
10. Under no circumstances shall the manager/owners' liability exceed the amount paid to the manager/owner for the rental period.
11. The use of accommodation and amenities, where offered, such as the swimming pool, etc., is entirely at the clients' /user's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury to a user or visitor and loss or damage to the user's or visitor's belongings, equally no responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage to any motor vehicle or its contents on the property.
12. No responsibility is accepted for pets brought onto the property and this is only allowed with the written permission from the manager/owner.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law in every particular including formation and interpretation and shall be deemed to have been made in England. Any proceedings arising out of, or in connection with, this agreement may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in England.
